Guest Services Representative
Join the team at the Mount Vernon Grand Hotel and help create exceptional guest experiences in the heart of downtown Mount Vernon.

We are seeking an outgoing, dependable, and service-focused Guest Services Representative to join our Front Office team for second shift coverage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable learning and working with computer systems.

Position Details
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Availability: Must be open to potential weekend and holiday hours
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Training: On-site training provided

What You'll Do
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer guest questions and assist with requests throughout their stay
Operate hotel computer systems and manage reservations
Communicate effectively with team members across departments
Help maintain a positive and elevated guest experience from arrival to departure

What We're Looking For

Comfortable learning and using computer systems
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset

No prior hotel experience is required, as we are happy to train the right candidate. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
